RETI management consists of experienced business leaders determined to graduate the best and most competent renewable energy professionals in America. Military veterans, having a strong reputation to exceed expectations, work as productive team members, and displaying a serious interest in renewable energy programs, achieves veterans first status in entering our training programs.

Charles E. Boyd, RETI’s founder & co-owner, is the Executive Director, Renewable Energy Technical Institute. Having seven years experience as a College Director at technical colleges in Missouri and Virginia, he is also a senior executive at Inner Circle Logistics (ICLogistics) – an international net-centric IT corporation headquartered in Saint Croix, Virgin Islands. Boyd is a twenty-eight year Marine Corps veteran, a Marquette University graduate, and currently the National Education Officer for the Montford Point Marine Corps Association (MPMA) headquartered in Quantico, VA.

RETI’s team of instructors is led by Vaughn X. Prost, PE, as the Director of Renewable Energy Training & Technology. Prost, owner of Prost Builders and C.E.O., Missouri Solar Applications (MSA), has completed residential solar energy projects throughout Missouri and is currently involved in the installation of a 150 kW commercial solar project in Michigan. Prost is a professional engineer, having graduated from the University of Missouri, then obtaining his graduate degree from Stanford.
